We too enjoyed meeting you. We also understand that it cost money and time, which are both very precious, to make this type of trip and that says a lot about the DCI attitude toward its agents.
In our prior agent relationship we never did feel like a part of anything. It felt like a one-way relationship. Yes, they provided the software, paid the carriers and ran the monthly numbers, but they never did anything to help us build the business. That is where you guys are different, very different.
